Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Denver, CO)

Bluepeak Nest Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Denver. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Denver. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for store inventory. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with store inventory. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
