Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Dallas, TX)

Bright Linden Inspection Services is an inspection company in Dallas with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for certifications. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
