Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Dallas, TX)

Redstone Sparrow Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Dallas area, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for service installations. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
