Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Summit Auto Group and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be dispatch and scheduling. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for vehicle inspections. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
