Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Bright Wren Telecom Group and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be dispatch and scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 67 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for network equipment. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
