Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Willow Manufacturing and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be dispatch and scheduling. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for work orders. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
