Westbrook Bright Press Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for proofing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for proofing. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with proofing. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
