Westbrook Sable Markets is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for store inventory, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 527 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for store inventory. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with store inventory.
