Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Summit Fox Auto Group and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be dispatch and scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for parts orders. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
