Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Charlotte, NC)

Northwind Linden Inspection Services is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for test reports. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
