Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Boise, ID)

Amberfield Basin Farms Group grows and distributes produce from farms near Boise, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for grower contracts. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with grower contracts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
