Bright Sparrow Telecom is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for billing accounts. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Knowledge of freight terms.
