Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Baltimore, MD)

Foxglove Meadow Press Group prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Baltimore plant, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for print quotes. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with print quotes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
