Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Austin, TX)

Clearpath Quarry Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Austin, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 215 people based in Austin. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for customer tickets. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
