Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Atlanta, GA)

Ironwood Kestrel Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Atlanta, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for pricing. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with pricing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
