Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Ashton Farms and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be dispatch and scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for packing house output. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with packing house output. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
