Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Albuquerque, NM)

Bluepeak Fern Environmental Services Group serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Albuquerque. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for recycling loads. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
