Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Albuquerque, NM)

Summit Corner Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Albuquerque, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 775 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for change orders. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
