Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Albuquerque, NM)

Bluepeak Maple Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Albuquerque, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for change orders. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
