Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Wichita, KS)

Harborlight Granite Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Wichita plant, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for work orders. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
