Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Wichita, KS)

Cedar Stone Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Wichita area. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for network equipment. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
