Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Wichita, KS)

Highbridge Keystone Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Wichita area, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 94 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for billing accounts. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
