Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Wichita, KS)

Amberfield Meridian Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Wichita, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for scheduling. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
