Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Wichita, KS)

Stonegate Loom Auto Group Partners operates automotive service and parts businesses around Wichita, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for customer estimates. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
