Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Wichita, KS)

Cedar Stone Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in Wichita focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for billing accounts. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
