Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Tulsa, OK)

Northwind Meridian Foods Group is a Tulsa food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for cold storage. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
