Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Tulsa, OK)

Clearpath Basin Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Tulsa. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for landfill records. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
