Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Pike Construction and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for permits. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
