Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Tulsa, OK)

Northwind Harbor Environmental Services Partners is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for weigh tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for weigh tickets. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • Knowledge of freight terms.
