Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Tulsa, OK)

Lumen Ashton Inspection Services is an inspection company in Tulsa with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for equipment calibration. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
