Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Tucson, AZ)

Highbridge Sable Markets Partners operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Tucson. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for store inventory. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with store inventory. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
