Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Toledo, OH)

Silverline Maple Press Group prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Toledo plant, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 565 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for bindery work. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with bindery work. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
