Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Toledo, OH)

Ironwood Cedar Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Toledo area, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for service installations. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
