Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Toledo, OH)

Bright North Auto Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for service appointments. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
