Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Toledo, OH)

Northwind Junction Press is a printer and publisher in Toledo serving local and national clients. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for bindery work. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with bindery work. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
