Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Tampa, FL)

Summit Wren Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Tampa, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for harvest schedules. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
