Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Tampa, FL)

Silverline Bright Auto Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for service appointments. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
