Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Tampa, FL)

Lumen Orchard Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Tampa area, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for billing accounts. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
