Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Tampa, FL)

Harborlight Oak Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Tampa. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 734 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for sanitation schedules. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
