Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (St. Louis, MO)

Greenridge West Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in St. Louis focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. We invest in training. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for network equipment. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
