Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (St. Louis, MO)

Fernwood Lakeside Farms is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for grower contracts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for grower contracts. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with grower contracts. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
