Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Keystone Foods and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for production batches. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
