Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Spokane, WA)

Lumen Clear Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Spokane. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for collection routes. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
