Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Savannah, GA)

Rivermark Wren Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Savannah with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for recycling loads. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
