Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Savannah, GA)

Redstone Corner Construction is a Savannah contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for change orders. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
