Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (San Jose, CA)

Highbridge Harbor Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in San Jose with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for landfill records. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
