Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (San Jose, CA)

Harborlight Hollow Farms supplies farm and food customers across the San Jose region, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for packing house output. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with packing house output. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
