Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (San Antonio, TX)

Highbridge Harbor Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near San Antonio, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for harvest schedules. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
