Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (San Antonio, TX)

Stonegate Forge Freight is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We reward reliability. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Knowledge of freight terms.
