Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (San Antonio, TX)

Northwind Linden Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in San Antonio, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for sanitation schedules. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
